Center piece final practice exam

Hello guys, so last week at Tuesday me and my team get the task from our lecture for making pastry table with theme for our final practical exam, so we have discuss and agree to take the valentine with "Love Is Sweet" theme, at the Monday we come and prepare everything we need for the next day, so my task is to make pop cake and i will tell you how to make it.

Ingredients:
1. Sponge
2. Chocolate (the color is your choice)
3. Whip Cream
4. Sprinkle
5. Lollipop stick

Procedure:
Crush the sponge until crumbled and mix with Whip cream until the cake can hold together, shape the cake into round and insert pop cake stick into the cake, meanwhile melt the chocolate and dip the cake into melted chocolate and give the sprinkle before the chocolate  dry, and stick it into Styrofoams and freeze it.

So the next day, we just making the rest of the plan that we need to do such coating, filling, and etc, we also serve the pastry table at the office so the lectures can give us a score about our product and thanks God its a good score we got. after that we go back to kitchen and clean all the equipment that we use. and this is the picture of our product:

This is actually our first plan, but because the table isn't big enough we have to change all the serving plan, we got a little bit of disappointed

Hey guys, now I'm gonna tell you some tools we using at our kitchen, so at this change I'm gonna tell some equipment that using gas for operate, so there is oven, salamander, and stove.
