Daily Report (Be Supervisor) 9/8/2017

Hello guys see you again at Rei's kitchen now im gonna tell you about my activities at my kitchen, you know.. im getting a honor to be supervisor for our friend from many country, start from rusia, vietnam, papua newguinie, america, australia they are a great person i team up with aya and aldi but for my foreign friend i have shahboz (from khujand/rusia) and tho (from vietman) were making menyatnyat duck from bali.
So we as supervisor we guide them to make that dish, we demostrate how to cut the duck, how to make the spices, and other, some of them assigned to make appetizer, soup and dessert. We make jalangkote as appetizer, brenebon soup, menyatnyat duck, and bolu peca. There is 12 of us who choosed to be supervisor.

This is yellow spice recipe:
Yellow Spice:
Shallot                 150gr
Garlic                   90gr
Turmeric             150 gr
Candle nut           60 gr
Ginger                 30gr
Lemongrass         30gr
Galangal              30gr
How To Make:First, Blend Shallot, Garlic, Turmeric, Candlenut, Ginger. And saute with coconut oil, put lemongrass and Galangal that have been crushed, cook until fragnant. the yellow ready to use.
