Function: known as Bread knife, for cutting the hard bread without broke it.
Material: Stainless steel.
How to clean: Wash it with dish soap.
2. Usuba

Function: known as kamagata usuba, or vegetable knife, this knife is single edge so it will cut vegetable so easily.
Material: Stainless Steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap.
3. Deba

Function: usually called butchery knife, so the function is to do fish butchery, fillet and sometime used for poultry.
Material: Stainless steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap.
