Hey guys, Welcome to my blog, now I'm gonna tell you about Japanese knife and what is use, so check this out.

1. Santoku

Function: Santoku is called multipurpose knife, used to cut the meat or vegetable.
Material: Stainless, and wood handling.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap.

2. Takobiki

Function: Is usually used for slice the sashimi and etc. takobiki in Japanese mean "octopus slicer"
Material: Stainless steel or hard carbon white steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap.

3. Kiritsuke

Function; This knife is use for executive chef only, and used for multipurpose knife as well.
Material: Carbon white steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap.
