Hi, welcome to my blog, today i will describe some tools that we use at our kitchen, and its a kitchen variation so check this out.

1. Bread Knife

Function: To cut the bread, the serration help to cut the hard shell bread.
Material: Stainless Steel.
How to clean: Clean with dish soap and wash with warm/normal water.

2. Boning Knife

Function: For boning fish ingredients, this knife have to be so sharp because when its dull it will harmful.
Material: Stainless Steel.
How to clean: wash with dish soap which contain lime so the smell from fish is disappear.

3. Carving Knife

Function: To carving A garnish for plate which is: carrot, tomato, etc. This knife is also have to be sharp.
Material: Stainless Steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap and water.
