Daily Report (making sourdough starter) 09/10/2017

Holla guys, I'm gonna tell you my activities for today, so i get a task from my sensei for making a sourdough starter, this is the reason why we go home faster because the sourdough is actually so easy to make, you just need 100gr of all-purpose flour and 100gr water, and mix it until mixed and rest them over night, so today i will check the sourdough reaction, this is actually an research.
Tomorrow i have to give the sourdough a food for making the yeast activated, which i mix the same ingredients which 100gr all-purpose flour and 100gr water and rest it again, just for the info the sourdough have to be warm place it will helping the yeast.
Today i was group with pipi and iskandar but iskandar have to cook for our lunch

So that is my activities for today and i realize that sourdough is a natural, heatlhy, and fresh yeast, rather than using commercial yeast i choose to use sourdough, i hope this help you, wait for another report about how my sourdough process, until then.. see ya tomorrow~

Daily Report (Making Bread For English Camp) 09/11/2017

Hey guys, now I'm gonna tell you my activities at my kitchen today, so our class have asked to make 200 pcs of bread for tomorrow English camp for first semester, and at first we made it with dark chocolate so the filling is bitter so we have to make it over again, so we end up go home at night because we have to re-make the bread and waiting for the baking tray that the other class use. Our lecture also angry to us because we leave the kitchen so messy and we work so lame because the baking tray is limited and 1st and 3rd semester we're using it to for they product, so we finish at 9.00 pm. Today my tape is also finished and ready to eat, and i give it to my lecture and he say that my tape is good, it have balance in taste between sour and sweet, my dad also say it so good, i was happy for that because me and my friend going to my friend mom to ask about how to make good tape.
