First we got a...
Cutting Board
A cutting board is a durable board on which to place material for cutting. The kitchen cutting board is commonly used in preparing food; other types exist for cutting raw materials such as leather or plastic. Kitchen cutting boards are often made of wood or plastic and come in various widths and sizes. There are also cutting boards made of glass, steel, or marble, which are easier to clean than wooden or plastic ones such as nylon or corian, but tend to damage knives due to their hardness. Rough cutting edges—such as serrated knives—abrade and damage a cutting surface more rapidly than do smooth cutting implements.

Cleaning the Cutting Board is depend on the material of the cutting board,
1. Wooden Cutting Board
Wooden Cutting Board is rarely getting wash or rarely found on dishwaher because the soap will sink into the pore/gab between the wood which is so dangerous. so usually the wooden cutting board clean by wet napkin.

2. Plastic Cutting Board
Yepp this cutting board can be clean by soap, this type of cutting board is normally found in any kitchen because of its cheaper than the wooden..

The Cutting Board also have rule you know... Many professional kitchens follow this standard colour-coding system.

-Blue cutting boards: raw seafood.
-Red cutting boards: raw red meat.
-Green cutting boards: vegetables and fruits.
-Yellow cutting boards: poultry
-Brown cutting boards: cooked meat
-White cutting boards: dairy and breads (also for universal if no other board is available.)

Now.. For the second tools is..
Chef's Knife

This knife also known as a cook's knife or French knife, the chef's knife is an all-purpose knife that is curved to allow the cook to rock the knife on the cutting board for a more precise cut. The broad and heavy blade also serves for chopping bone instead of the cleaver making this knife the all purpose heavy knife for food preparation. Chef's knives are most commonly available between 15 cm and 30 cm (6 and 12 inches), though 20 cm (8 inches) is the most common size.
This knife material usually stainless steal, and for the cleaning you can use soap and rinse at run water.
There a lot type of Knife but.. you have to wait to the next update yeah...

And the last Tools im gonna explain to you guys is...
Ladle

A ladle (dipper) is a type of spoon used for soup, stew, or other foods.[1] Although designs vary, a typical ladle has a long handle terminating in a deep bowl, frequently with the bowl oriented at an angle to the handle to facilitate lifting liquid out of a pot or other vessel and conveying it to a bowl. Some ladles involve a point on the side of the basin to allow for finer stream when pouring the liquid; however, this can create difficulty for left handed users, as it is easier to pour towards one's self. Thus, many of these ladles feature such pinches on both sides.

In modern times ladles are usually made of the same stainless steel alloys as other kitchen utensils; however, they can be made of aluminium, silver, plastics, melamine resin, wood, bamboo or other materials. To wash this tools you only need soap and rinse.. easy right?

So guys... thats three kitchen tools that I have been described.. I hope this helping you guys.

History of Food

Heyya guys.. this time im gonna bring you back to 20th century where the food serving is begun, this maybe boring but this is actually so important for us to know, so i hope you guys enjoy this. Happy reading!! The value of history is that it helps us understand the present and the future. In food service, knowledge of our professional heritage helps us see why we do, how our cooking techniques have been developed and refined, and how we can continue to develop and innovate in the years ahead. But it doesn't mean a lot  of knowledge has been collected over the years, and we would be smart to take advantage of what has already been learned. Furthermore, how can we challenge old ideas unless we know what those old ideas are ? Knowledge is the best starting point for innovation. The Origins of Classical and Modern Cuisine Quantity cookery has existed for thousands of years, as long as there have been large group of people to feed, such as armies. But modern food service is said to h...

Ingredients 12

1. FIG    Ficus carica is an Asian species of flowering plants in the mulberry family, known as the common fig (or just the fig). It is the source of the fruit also called the fig, and as such is an important crop in those areas where it is grown commercially.     Native to the Middle East and western Asia, it has been sought out and cultivated since ancient times, and is now widely grown throughout the world, both for its fruit and as an ornamental plant.     The species has become naturalized in scattered locations in Asia and North America.    The luxury of a luscious ripe fig is extraordinary. The soft and yielding fruit is full of seeds, but the seeds are so small they just add to the unique texture that makes fresh figs so sought after.     Most varieties are intensely sweet, so they get used in desserts. That works, of course, but is also use that honey-like sweetness to cut sharper savory flavors. ...
