Hey guys, welcome back at Rei's Kitchen.
Now I'm gonna describe about next 3 tools, this time the tools is come from the pastry, well you already know from another update there is rolling pin and ring cutter, and the first tools is:

1. Dough Cutter

Function: For cutting the dough.
Material: Plastic, Stainless Steel.
How to clean: Wash with dish soap and make sure it really clean.

2. Pallet Knife

Function: Usually used for cake decorating, so the pallet knife use for swipe the cake with the later.
Material: Stainless steel and plastic/rubber.
How to clean: with dish soap.

3, Sheet Pan/Baking Tray

Function: This some kind of container but in pastry style, used for contain the most pastry and bakery product when its about to bake.
Material: Aluminum or Stainless steel
How to clean: If there is a lot of cookies crumb you have to rinse it until the crumb is remove and clean with dish soap.

Hello guys, welcome back at Rei's Kitchen. Today im gonna explain about some ingredients, this ingredients is easly to find at grocery shop, and really have a lot of use. the ingredients is: 1. Chicken Cordon Bleu

Hi guys, im so happy for my new blog, actually i am so nervous cuz this is my first time making this whole daily live on my campus as a cook, i am a colleger at polytechnic tourism at makassar indonesia, today i want to share my daily activities at my campus. As you know imma kitchen psyco so i spending most of my campus live at kitchen, today we made an interisting maincourse, well uts easy but really taste good, i wanna introduce you with... Chicken fillet with smoked beef and cheese fo the filling, which make a good combination. it simple cuz the ingridient is not that expensive, we only need chicken, smoked beef, parmesan cheese (you could use cheddar but for better melt show i prefer parmesan), egg, flour, bread crumb, and some spice to marinated the chicken like, salt, pepper, parsley, and ginger(for make it smells really good).
