Daily Report (Making Ketupat) 07/11/2017

Hello guys, now im gonna tell you my activities for today, so as in the schedule today im gonna make ketupat but today we only make the skin for the ketupat which made from pandan leaves that knitted by hand so the rice can be keep inside the ketupat it self.
I will explain a little bit about ketupat, ketupat or usually called tipad or kupad is some type of dumpling made from rice that packed inside of diamond shaped pandan leaf pouch, when about to eat, the skin of the ketupat have to be removed and the rice inside is a replacement for steamed rice, and ussually eaten with satay, coto, gado-gado (mix vegetable with coconut sauce), and many other food.
