Daily Report (Making Ketupat) 07/11/2017

Hello guys, now im gonna tell you my activities for today, so as in the schedule today im gonna make ketupat but today we only make the skin for the ketupat which made from pandan leaves that knitted by hand so the rice can be keep inside the ketupat it self.
I will explain a little bit about ketupat, ketupat or usually called tipad or kupad is some type of dumpling made from rice that packed inside of diamond shaped pandan leaf pouch, when about to eat, the skin of the ketupat have to be removed and the rice inside is a replacement for steamed rice, and ussually eaten with satay, coto, gado-gado (mix vegetable with coconut sauce), and many other food.

Observation to Local Market 5 29/08/2017

Hello guys, welcome back to Rei's Kitchen. Today at afternoon im going to Pa'baeng-baeng local market with my classmate there is Cilo, Tasya, Pipi, Gie, Dewi. Daily Report (Selling Our Product) 05/09/2017

Hello guys, welcome to Rei's Kitchen. Now I'm gonna tell you what i do for today, so i and some of my classmate making pie dough, me and Tasya making chicken pie, we use corn, smoked beef, bell pepper, chicken, and of course the pie crust, after that we have seller team to sell the product to every hunger belly at our campus. Today is Cilo's birthday, i have to buy her some cake in early morning hahaha.. it was a great celebration, we also have Iskandar who sing, and in the end of the class we have our friend Subhan who must tell a story in the front of the class, but he still can make it so Mr. Faisal give him compensation to try for tomorrow.
