Daily Report (Making Bolu Kukus) 08/11/2017

Hey guys, Today I'm gonna tell you my activities at my kitchen, so today as in the schedule we were making a bolu kukus, bolu kukus it self is a smooth textured cake that similar with muffin, and bolu kukus is more color full because that cake using a 2 different color, and some of my friend making pia because they have fail the other day, some of them making sourdough baguette like french bread and white toast from sourdough that we make the other day.
While helping my friend finish the sweat bread for English camp, so my job is give the sweat bread filling which is pastry cream, some of our friend also making lunch for us, and i also helping fill the ketupat with rice so it can be cook today and tomorrow we can eat it hehehe.

Hey guys now i gonna tell you more about the next local market, its called Pasar Cakalang, why this local market named that? because its near Cakalang street. I'm going to this local market with Cilo, Pipi, Gie, Shendy, Fajrin, Tasya, and Dewi. This local market place is at the side of the street that's why this local market is easy to get, but actually could make traffic jam because much people buy the groceries at this market but there's a lot of vehicle that goes this route.
