Daily Report (Making Croissant and Danish) 23/10/2017

Hey guys, now I'm gonna tell you my work for today at my campus kitchen, so last week our friend was attend a cooking class and learn about croissant and danish so today we want to make it again so other classmate can know how to make a perfect croissant and danish.
So what is croissant mean? just like its name crescent shape or sickle moon shape, croissant is using laminating technique, and served for breakfast. and what about danish? danish is an Australian breakfast which have a sweat taste, this danish using various ingredients which jam, apricots, almond, cherries, raisins, and custard sauce.

Daily Report (Selling Our Product) 05/09/2017

Hello guys, welcome to Rei's Kitchen. Now I'm gonna tell you what i do for today, so i and some of my classmate making pie dough, me and Tasya making chicken pie, we use corn, smoked beef, bell pepper, chicken, and of course the pie crust, after that we have seller team to sell the product to every hunger belly at our campus. Today is Cilo's birthday, i have to buy her some cake in early morning hahaha.. it was a great celebration, we also have Iskandar who sing, and in the end of the class we have our friend Subhan who must tell a story in the front of the class, but he still can make it so Mr. Faisal give him compensation to try for tomorrow. Hey guys, now I'm gonna tell you some tools we using at our kitchen, so at this change I'm gonna tell some equipment that using gas for operate, so there is oven, salamander, and stove. Then check this out. 1. Oven Function: There is a lot type of oven but the Pict above is an stove oven, the oven use is for baking with radiation. Material: Stainless, iron. How to clean: Well to clean the oven you just have to follow the step for microwave, at KEU 18 (Kitchen Equipment and Utensils). 2.
