Daily Report (follow the certification process) 12/10/2017

Hey guys.. today I'm gonna tell you about my activities for today, so I'm coming to campus at 7.40 am and i have to working at my certification progress and my lecture become my accesor for this certification, it was so boring and sleepy and also a lot of work (mendokusai!!).
So after that i also feed my sourdough and this is the 4th day, and i come home faster because i feel not well, and its end up my friend going to local market without me, well what did i expect.

This is the temperature of my sourdough starter.

Daily Report (Selling Our Product) 05/09/2017

Hello guys, welcome to Rei's Kitchen. Now I'm gonna tell you what i do for today, so i and some of my classmate making pie dough, me and Tasya making chicken pie, we use corn, smoked beef, bell pepper, chicken, and of course the pie crust, after that we have seller team to sell the product to every hunger belly at our campus. Today is Cilo's birthday, i have to buy her some cake in early morning hahaha.. it was a great celebration, we also have Iskandar who sing, and in the end of the class we have our friend Subhan who must tell a story in the front of the class, but he still can make it so Mr. Faisal give him compensation to try for tomorrow. Hey guys, now I'm gonna tell you some tools we using at our kitchen, so at this change I'm gonna tell some equipment that using gas for operate, so there is oven, salamander, and stove. Then check this out. 1. Oven Function: There is a lot type of oven but the Pict above is an stove oven, the oven use is for baking with radiation. Material: Stainless, iron.
