Daily Report (follow the certification process) 12/10/2017

Hey guys.. today I'm gonna tell you about my activities for today, so I'm coming to campus at 7.40 am and i have to working at my certification progress and my lecture become my accesor for this certification, it was so boring and sleepy and also a lot of work (mendokusai!!).
So after that i also feed my sourdough and this is the 4th day, and i come home faster because i feel not well, and its end up my friend going to local market without me, well what did i expect.



This is the temperature of my sourdough starter.
